But you don't necessarily need to wait to bag a bargain, because Amazon always lets a few tasty discounts slip the net to whet your appetite ahead of the main event. Here are our favorites: Prime members can have three months of Audible Premium for free right now. This is easily the best audiobook service for most people. The Amazon Kindle Scribe is more than an e-reader. Discounted to $235 ($105 off), this early sale brings the multi-use reader down to a much more competitive price. If you don't already have a KitchenAid stand mixer, now's a great time to get one. These workhorses are $100 off. The 10th-generation iPad is still our top pick for most people. At $319, it's almost a third of the price of the latest iPad Pro.
