Carnesville, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Locations to be impacted include...
Hartwell, Carnesville, Toccoa, Royston, Westminster, Reed Creek,
Lavonia, Gumlog, Canon and Franklin Springs.

Heavy downpours and wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible in
these areas.
