...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF THE UPSTATE...

Fog will persist into the middle part of the morning across most
of Upstate South Carolina. The visibility will be reduced to one-
quarter mile in some spots across the Upstate, generally from
Clemson and Pickens to Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, and
Laurens. The fog should lift by 10 am at the latest. In the mean
time, slow down if you encounter poor visibility while driving,
and use your low beam headlights.
