* WHERE...Portions of upstate South Carolina, northeast Georgia
and piedmont North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and
potential for frost on bridges and hard surfaces.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you. Also, be alert for frost on bridges and
overpasses.
