* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of upstate South Carolina and piedmont and
western North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog may develop further south across
the southern Upstate of South Carolina this morning. A new Dense
Fog Advisory may be needed for this area.
