This is a historic step towards our goal to ensure equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines globally. Country readiness for COVID-19 vaccines Countries are beginning to deploy COVID-19 vaccines, bringing new hope to the fight against the pandemic. WHO, UNICEF, Gavi and other partners are working together to support countries in preparing for COVID-19 vaccine introduction.
