No-measure peanut butter cookies. But how?

And in only three ingredients.

No-Measure Peanut Butter Cookies. But How?
Leave those measuring cups and spoons in the drawer.
You won't need them for this Big Little Recipe. One-bowl, three-ingredient, yes-seriously peanut butter cookies can't be bothered with such fuss. Just dump, stir, scoop, and bake.

The result is pillowy and plush and superlatively soothing—like slipping into a soapy bath or napping next to a space heater or watching a panda play in the snow (did you see that video too?). But I digress.
Warmly,

Peachy Keen
Instead of sugar, these cookies turn to peach jam—or whatever fruit strikes your fancy. Just pick one that's humble in flavor and orange-ish in color.
