At 1148 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Carnesville, moving east at 55 mph.

Locations to be impacted include...
Anderson, Hartwell, Carnesville, Homeland Park, Northlake, Royston,
Reed Creek, Lavonia, Canon and Franklin Springs.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail will be possible in these
areas.
