Breaking News: Salman Rushdie has been removed from a ventilator and is on a long “road to recovery” after being stabbed multiple times on Friday, his agent said.
Mr. Rushdie's agent added that the writer, who was attacked onstage after years under threat, was beginning a slow journey of healing and that his "injuries are severe."
