By the time I was eighteen, I was fairly tall for a girl at 5'7" but weighed 120 pounds sopping wet. Even now, at twenty-eight, I haven't topped 125. My muscle mass is almost nonexistent. A friend of mine once jokingly punched me in the arm, albeit with some force, and I literally passed out. So, when a friend asked if my boyfriend and I wanted to participate in the "Tough Mudder," an event known for testing one's physical strength and mental grit, I was completely intimidated and responded with an immediate "Thanks but no thanks."
