Learning Network: How hard is it to wake up in the morning?

Floating homes, mythical creatures

Dear Reader,

Do you think any mythical creatures are real? What "oddball rituals" do you have? Would you want to live on a floating home? How hard is it to wake up in the morning? These are just a few of the questions we posed this week in our writing prompts. We'd love to read your students' answers.

In addition, we asked teachers: How are you addressing the Israel-Hamas war in your classrooms? What resources have you found useful? What challenges are you encountering? What questions or issues are your students raising? What advice do you have for others? We hope to publish a roundup of educator responses in the coming weeks.

Sincerely,
The Learning Network
