Q:
How Do You Cook a Chicken in a Dutch Oven?
When I want a classic Sunday supper or need an easy meal prep for the week ahead, I roast a chicken. My trick? Cook it in a Dutch oven.
A Dutch oven's high sides and lid allows the chicken to cook in a moist environment, which ensures even cooking. Removing the lid and baking again results in that crackling skin everyone loves.
Toss some vegetables alongside the chicken and you have a true one-pot meal.
Here's the full recipe.
Enjoy!
