Man Is Charged With Murder in Fatal Shooting of N.Y.P.D. Officer

Guy Rivera killed Officer Jonathan Diller during a traffic stop, the police said. Mr. Rivera was also charged with attempted murder for aiming his gun at a second officer, the authorities said.
