It's officially spring, and after a dreary Wisconsin winter, I am more than ready for it. Whether the weather gets the memo or not, I'm shifting into spring mode in my baking. This lemon blueberry bread brightens my day, whether I'm enjoying a piece for breakfast or snacking on a slice as an afternoon pick-me-up.
