* WHAT...Visibility less than one mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...The Piedmont of upstate South Carolina and northeast
Georgia and the North Carolina foothills.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to visibility of 1/4
mile or less.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists traveling along I-85 from
northeast Georgia through the Greenville-Spartanburg area, along
I-26 through South Carolina and the North Carolina foothills,
and other roads and highways across the area should be prepared
for adverse driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
