Anderson County in upstate South Carolina...

* Until 130 PM EDT.

* At 1130 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated lingering heavy showers
across Central and Eastern Anderson County. Locally, up to an
additional inch of rain may accumulate, aggravating lingering high
water conditions, and will also keep stream levels elevated this
afternoon.


* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Anderson, Easley, Powdersville, Piedmont, Belton, Williamston,
Honea Path, Iva, and Starr.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
